You will need to be a System Administrator to install the package and perform configuration steps.

The Omnata setup process leverages Lightning components, so your Salesforce installation must have configured. Most organisations will have this enabled in production already, but new development environments may require this step to be performed.

Package Installation

Snowflake for Salesforce can be installed directly from the Salesforce AppExchange by following .

The decision to install for Admins Only, All Users or Specific Profiles depends on the scenario. For an evaluation in a development environment, All Users can be included in the trial. In Production, it will depend on whether you intend for all users to be able to access Snowflake data, or just a subset of users.

You can always change these access settings later.
